These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "ToS", "Agreement") govern your use of the 420pvp.com website and the 420 Clicker software (collectively, the "Service") operated by 420pvp.com ("us", "we", or "our"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the 420 Clicker software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to: • Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit the software • Distribute, publicly display, or make the software available to third parties • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software • Create derivative works based on the software • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Sharing your account with unauthorized users • Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software • Distributing the software to individuals who have not purchased a license • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Analyzing the software for the purpose of creating detection methods • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By making a purchase, you confirm that: • You are authorized to use the payment method provided • All payment information is accurate and complete • You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred • You have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions Payment confirmation will include a record that you have accepted these Terms. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting our support team through the ticket system. After this 24-hour window, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Refund requests must include a valid reason and are subject to approval at our sole discretion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. IMPORTANT FOR PAYPAL USERS: By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to this refund policy. In the event of a PayPal dispute, this acceptance will be presented as evidence that you agreed to our terms before purchase.

The following may be considered valid reasons for a refund (within the 24-hour window): • Inability to use the software due to technical incompatibility that our support team cannot resolve • Critical software malfunction that prevents basic functionality and cannot be fixed • Duplicate purchase made in error (with proof) Each request is evaluated individually. We reserve the right to make the final determination on what constitutes a valid reason.

The following are NOT valid reasons for a refund: • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product • Claiming the purchase was a "test" or "trial" • Needing the money back for personal reasons • Being banned from a game server while using the software • Not reading or understanding the product features before purchase • Issues that were not first reported to our support team • Requests made after the 24-hour refund window • Purchases made with the intent to dispute or chargeback

IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute (through PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or any other means) constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in: • Immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated access • Permanent ban from all 420pvp.com services • Forfeiture of any existing licenses or products • No eligibility for future purchases or refunds By purchasing our products, you explicitly acknowledge that you have agreed to these Terms and our refund policy. In the event of a dispute, we will provide payment processors with evidence of your acceptance of these Terms, including transaction records and account activity logs. If you have an issue with your purchase, you MUST contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns through our ticket system.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any of the following reasons: • Sharing, selling, or attempting to transfer your account • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes • Distributing our software to unauthorized individuals • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing our software • Attempting to find detection methods or vulnerabilities • Violating any provision of these Terms • Any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or our business Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you will NOT be entitled to any refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 420pvp.com. The software, website design, logos, and all associated intellectual property are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You are strictly prohibited from: • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of our software • Analyzing network authentication or communication protocols • Attempting to derive source code, algorithms, or techniques from our software • Creating tools or methods to detect our software • Conducting any analysis of our software for malicious purposes Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination and may subject you to legal liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We do not guarantee that the software will remain undetectable by any third-party anti-cheat systems, and we are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the software in online games or servers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 420pvp.com, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Game account bans or suspensions • Computer system damage or data loss • Any other intangible losses Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 420pvp.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: • Your use of and access to the Service • Your violation of any provision of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, including account information, payment details (processed by Stripe/PayPal), hardware identifiers (HWID) for license verification, and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For payment disputes, we may share transaction records and acceptance logs with payment processors. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

For urgent matters related to payment disputes, please open a support ticket immediately before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
